Day to day.

How we work matters as much as what we work on. Despite our focus on the interfaces, there are a few places we don't draw hard lines between:

  • deciding what to build & building it
  • what your degree is in & what your job is
  • who has seniority & where ideas can come from
  • doing work that matters & not taking yourself too seriously
  • who you work with & who you enjoy being around
Special Teams team in the field

A few things worth knowing.

We hire people who can't help but be interested in how things work. We've learned that doing well at Special Teams can usually be traced back to this one thing. Have you ever cared about something you weren't curious about?

No two engagements look the same. Different industries, different technologies, different stages of development. On any given day, you might be doing something you've never done before. That's normal here, even if it isn't always comfortable.

There is no layer between your work and the client acting on it. Your thinking reaches decision-makers without being diluted or repackaged. That means you can have a real impact, and real responsibility.

We may be biased, but once you've spent your time solving challenging problems with people you can be yourself around, it's tough to spend it any other way.
